Get ready for a baby Simon photo fest!!
Here are his stats.
Proud siblings meeting their baby brother for the first time.
So happy to finally hold him. I haven't heard anymore talk about a baby girl since he was born, so I guess she has decided to keep him!
Dutiful big brother.
So many big brothers
Lexi was probably the most excited to meet him. He's "her baby boy."
The crew! You don't know how hard it was to get 5 kids in one area for a picture. We did not succeed in getting eye contact from them. We take what we can get these days!
First family photo.
Our celebration dinner. Since we didn't get a date night in before he arrived, we'll consider this our date night.
Grammy and her latest (and greatest) grand baby!
Taking turns is so hard to do!
Future Dr.
Sad that she can't wear Matthew's flippers. Such a cute sad face, she'll go far in life!
Matthew, being Matthew.
Little Mommy.
Ready to go home. We had to stay the full two days since I didn't get enough of the GBS antibiotic before he was born. We had some great bonding time and rest with our extra day, but we were ready to go home. My back was killing me after sleeping in that hospital bed. My heart goes out to anyone who has to do that for any amount of time.
Ready to go!
Our brood!
Family of seven! Wow!
Look how full the car is with all of my precious cargo!
Lexi could not be happier to be a big sister! The jury is still out on how Simon feels about being the little brother to all of these siblings, but I'm sure he will come to love it!
So, there you have it. We are complete now. Now comes the task of settling into life with a new baby, in a new town, in a new house...Wish us luck, we're gonna need it!!!!

Oh my wird, I can't get over how cute he is!!! And you're right about that round belly!! I don't know if I've seen a pregnant belly with such roundness!! I'm so sorry you had to experience so much pain this time! It kind solves the mystery to me though ad to whether women experience the pain of child birth differently due to their level of pain tolerance or b/c labors really are different. So glad you all are doing so well!! Congrats!!
Where do I start!? Congrats! He is absolutely adorable and I love the name! I LOVE the picture of him in his carseat-he is just precious!
I can't believe how round your belly was! I know you told me but I guess "my round" and "your round" are different...lucky you that yours looks like a normal skinny girl with a perfect standard size basketball :) I can't get over the cuteness of Lexi in all the pictures. She is just beaming! And the one outside of Summer holding him too- wow she is going to be awesome with him.
Your mom looks so pretty in that picture of her with Simon on the couch! So glad she gets to stay for a while and help out.
It's safe to say I'm officially baby hungry now...thanks :)
Congratulations! So happy to hear your news! Love the pictures of your kiddos holding their new baby brother! So sweet!
Aww, so sweet! Congratulations to you and your family! I hope you have speedy recovery. :)
Hospital beds are the worst. The incision from my c-section was cake compared to the back pain I had from that stupid bed after 5 days.
I'd just like to say that my typos are due to the fact that I was typing on my phone and I can't go back and proofread anything I've typed- hope you were able to translate!
Congrats Kelli & family! He is adorable & I love his name! That's a lot of "new" to get used to. Best wishes!
Such sweet pictures! CONGRATULATIONS! What an adorable family!
Congrats! Wow a family of seven! If anyone can do it it's you Kelli! We sure do miss you guys.
After I read your comment about wearing a yellow cub scout shirt, I totally went out and bought one today! I hate that khaki shirt so much and I can't wait to wear the yellow one! Thanks for the tip! And congratulations again! You're my hero!
