Well, a little wager with no real prize, just good old satisfaction of being right. Today marks my 39th week of pregnancy. I thought it might be fun to see if anyone can guess what baby girl's birthday will be. I keep telling myself it will be at least 2 more weeks so that I don't go crazy, but we'll see. A few stats to help with your guess:
Her due date is March 20th. T Jay was 5 days overdue, Summer was 10 days overdue and Matthew was born on his due date. The midwife I saw last week said that fourth babies don't usually go overdue.
And just a funny side note, while at the pool today (I know ND friends, sorry) a little boy about 6 years old asked me if I "had a ball in there." It made me laugh, because it definitely looks like I've got a ball in there!

My guess is the day before your due date. And that was really funny about the ball question!
I think I remember you telling me Summer was 10 days overdue when I was pregnant w/Mae and it scared the crap out of me! I'm going to guess 3 days before your due date!

I'll go with the 18th. Good luck! You seem like the kind of person that would be early to me, so I'm surprised that you were overdue. I don't remember Summer being overdue.

My original guess is for March 21st, but since your mom is coming on the 18th and she usually gets there just in time- it could be then too! So exciting!
March 17. St Patty's day is a fun day for birthdays. That's Rebecca's birthday. You could name your baby after her! Ha, Ha. Good luck. I hope you make it to the doctor in time.

Oh, I am totally understanding how you feel right now! I am 38 weeks and have been having contractions for a week now! I was overdue with my 1st but only by 2 days b/c I ended up asking to be induced. I gained 63lbs w/ him and I was so swollen I couldn't even walk! This time though, I feel like the baby is gonna come on his own, but I feel like I am just like every other expecting mom at this point thinking the same thing! :) So, to answer your question...I think if you are due on the 20th & this is your 4th baby, you will have the baby on the...drum roll...20th! Good luck, can't wait to hear the news!

My guess is that you are in the hospital as I write! How cool would that be? I feel your pain as far as late babies go...I was so sure Emma would be early....She was a whole week late. What do you do? They come when they come. :) Mandi
OK, being your best friend, and having known you through all of your pregnancies, I don't think that you are going to go early. BUT, that being said, there is always time for change, and what better time than now. My guess is tomorrow, March 17, St. Patrick's Day. I think she'd make a perfect Irish baby.
My second guess is the first day of spring, March 20th. That would be a nice way to welcome such a beautiful season!
Any day she comes she'll be perfect!
Equinox Girl! March 21 at 4:37 pm. No more than a day over, though. Nosiree! And hey, Kelli's friends, she and I had the same due dates for our last girls--April 25, 2004--I had Heidi 4/15 and poor Kelli had Summer on 5/4 (right?)--I felt so bad for you, Kelli. You're not doing that this time! ;)
